Please note that failure to inform your insurer of any special requirements or medical condition may affect any claim you make.
Declaration:
I agree to take part in BJ's Charity Walk 2024, on 18th May 2024. I confirm that to the best of my knowledge, my general state of health and fitness is good and I take full responsibility for my fitness to take part.
On 18th May 2024, the undersigned hereby release BJ's Charity Walk from liability and agree to indemnify it and hold harmless its employees, representatives and agents for any personal injuries, loss or damage to property arising from my registration, for the event BJ's Charity Walk 2024.
I agree to pay my registration fee of £40, which covers snacks, transport and evening meal.

From Saturday 27th July to Sunday 28th July 2019, the undersigned hereby release BJ's Charity Bike Ride from liability and agree to indemnify it and hold harmless its employees, representatives and agents for any personal injuries, loss or damage to property arising from my registration, for the event BJ's Charity Bike Ride 2019.
I agree to pay a registration fee of £100.
